The Directors Restaurant

This is the largest hall of the Conference Centre, comfortably hosting up to 250 delegates in numerous seating layouts, designed and implemented to your individual requirements.

A dedicated private bar within the hall is optionally available on a waitress service or serve yourself basis, as you prefer. First-rate catering, offering everything from light buffets to five-course silver-service banquets, is always available to provide any menu you may wish to specify.

Alternatively, our catering staff has a range of set menus from which you may choose.

The Directors Restaurant is flexible in layout and purpose, and can be arranged for you in your preferred form; for example, in horseshoe, board room or theatre style. We also offer an extensive equipment service, ranging from A.V., Audio and P.C. setup right through to your meeting stationery.
