Port Vale Conferencing offers a comprehensive and cost-effective solution to all of your conferencing requirements.

Our three multi-purpose, large and medium-sized halls, and our array of variably-sized executive suites, enable Port Vale Conference Centre to accommodate your business event, however large or small.

We provide an excellent technical infrastructure and our professional backup team will ensure that your visit to Vale Park runs smoothly.

We can also cater for your dining requirements, from a snack buffet to a full silver-service banquet; simply let us know your preferences and leave the rest to us.

Most importantly, all facilities are very competitively priced to ensure you get great value as well as great service for your event.

The Directors Suite

This is the largest hall of the Conference Centre, comfortably hosting up to 250 delegates in numerous seating layouts, designed and implemented to your individual requirements.

A dedicated private bar within the hall is optionally available on a waitress service or serve yourself basis, as you prefer.

First-rate catering, offering everything from light buffets to five-course silver-service banquets, is always available to provide any menu you may wish to specify.

Alternatively, our catering staff has a range of set menus from which you may choose.

The Directors Suite is flexible in layout and purpose, and can be arranged for you in your preferred form; for example, in horseshoe, board room or theatre style.

We also offer an extensive equipment service, ranging from A.V., Audio and P.C. setup right through to your meeting stationery.

Sponsors Suite and Vice-Presidents Suite

There is a choice of 2 further medium-sized halls, the Sponsors Suite and the Vice-Presidents Suite, comfortably hosting up to 120 delegates in numerous seating layouts, and both providing equally full amenities in elegant surroundings with a choice of natural daylight or ambient lighting.

In all cases, appropriate technical matériel and logistical assistance is readily available, as required.

Executive Suites

There are a number of executive suites that are ideal for the smaller business meeting, and all of which provide the necessary amenities and a panoramic view of the Vale Park pitch and the historic Burslem town beyond.

Round-table meetings for 2 to 10 people can be accommodated comfortably.

Soft and/or alcoholic drinks, light snacks, sandwiches, hot meals or a finger buffet are all optionally available, with or without waitress service.
