Conferencing at Port Vale

Port Vale Conferencing offers a comprehensive and cost-effective solution to all of your conferencing requirements.

Our three multi-purpose, large and medium-sized halls, and our array of variably-sized executive suites, enable Port Vale Conference Centre to accommodate your business event, however large or small.

We provide an excellent technical infrastructure and our professional backup team will ensure that your visit to Vale Park runs smoothly.

We can also cater for your dining requirements, from a snack buffet to a full silver-service banquet; simply let us know your preferences and leave the rest to us.

Most importantly, all facilities are very competitively priced to ensure you get great value as well as great service for your event.

This is the largest hall of the Conference Centre, comfortably hosting up to 250 delegates in numerous seating layouts, designed and implemented to your individual requirements.

A dedicated private bar within the hall is optionally available on a waitress service or serve yourself basis, as you prefer.

First-rate catering, offering everything from light buffets to five-course silver-service banquets, is always available to provide any menu you may wish to specify.

Alternatively, our catering staff has a range of set menus from which you may choose. The Directors Suite is flexible in layout and purpose, and can be arranged for you in your preferred form; for example, in horseshoe, board room or theatre style.

We also offer an extensive equipment service, ranging from A.V., Audio and P.C. setup right through to your meeting stationery.
